Q.How do these inflatables work?
A.All Bounce Houses, Bouncers, Moonwalks, Water Slides, Obstacle Courses, etc... depend on continuous airflow. That means that you will have a blower connected and always running to keep your unit inflated.
Q.Does the price include delivery, setup, and pickup?
A.Yes! We will take care of everything for you.
Q.How far in advance can I reserve my Bounce House or any other rental?
A.We recommend that you make your reservation at least TWO WEEKS in advance to give you the chance of getting the date and inflatable you want. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible, but we will always work with you even if it is a last-minute request. Last minute requests are subject to an additional fee.
Q.Where can I have the Bounce houses or Slides set up?
A.A bounce house can be set up in many different places on your property. The surface must be mostly flat and relatively firm - grass, concrete, and asphalt are all acceptable. We will anchor the unit either by driving stakes into the ground or by using sandbags where stakes cannot be used. No stairs or steps can be along the pathway to the set-up location. You will be charged $25 per stair/step. We cannot set up the bounce house on rock/gravel, mulch, sand, mud, tanbark, or anything sharp. Please note that we cannot set up on hills or set up wet units on dirt.
Q.Do I need to prepare anything for the bounce house or slide?
A.Yes. You will need to clear all debris from the setup area and the path to it to insure easy access. This includes any sharp objects, toys, lawn furniture, sticks, large and/or sharp rocks, hoses, sprinklers, lawn decorations and pet feces. Please do not cut the grass at least 2 days prior to bounce house delivery to help keep our units clean.
Q.What is the minimum rental?
A.Prices are set for a minimum rental of 6 hours. You can rent for no less than 4 hours but will still be charged the same rate.
Q.Can bounce houses be used indoors?
A.Yes. The unit will be anchored with sandbags instead of stakes.
Q.How many people can use a Bounce House at one time?
A.Do not exceed the recommended maximum capacity for each age group as stated.
Under 5 Years: 8 Children | 6-8 Years: 6 Children
| 9-12 Years: 4 Children | 13-15 Years: 3 Children
Q.Is there a delivery fee?
A.The first 30 miles are included in the rental fee to and from your location. Anything over 30 miles will be charged an additional $2.00 per mile.
Q.Can I hire an operator?
A.Yes, you can add an operator to assist in watching the inflatable for $50.
Q.What if my party is at a park or commercial location?
A.Please contact us at least two weeks in advance so that we may set up the permit and inspection. A permit will be required for a park or commercial location and will have an additional cost. The cost will be determined by the city in which the event will be held.
Q.Does the renter provide anything?
A.Yes, the renter must provide an adequate space to set up selected rentals. They must also provide one outlet per rental unit and water for water inflatables.
Q.Are the inflatables clean?
A.Yes, we clean and sanitize each unit before and after each rental.
Q.What is the damage waiver for?
A.The damage waiver is an additional 7% added to your final total. This waiver protects the renter from any accidental damage that may happen during their event. This excludes intentional damage and theft.
Q.Can I rent more than one inflatable?
A.Yes, as long as you have one outlet per inflatable.
